The Center for Global Mental Health investigates and addresses disparities in mental healthcare. Partnering with global stakeholders, the center assesses and develops mental health strategies for communities in a wide range of contexts, including those affected by displacement, war, poverty, and climate change.
The center focuses on overcoming gaps in mental healthcare by combining research, education, design, and innovation to develop and implement scalable mental health strategies. The center works closely with community partners, government departments,
and nonprofit organizations across sectors to adapt mental health programs designed by the World Health Organization to fit the needs of local contexts and increase capacity.
