• Curriculum, Learning & Academic Affairs

  • The Curriculum, Learning, and Academic Affairs area in the Provost's Office supports the arc of the learning experience at the university. Serving functions ranging from developing and implementing new curricular programs to devising methods for assessing program efficiency and student learning, the office provides the support and resources necessary to continuously expand the breadth and depth of educational offerings at The New School. Much of this work focuses on development and improvement of cross-college and university-wide programs, particularly through fostering new pathways of learning and providing opportunities for cross-disciplinary thinking. The staff in Curriculum, Learning, and Academic Affairs also work with the Faculty Development staff to offer faculty the tools and resources needed to support best practices in teaching and pedagogy. Below are links to resources and additional information about the areas that Curriculum, Learning, and Academic Affairs staff support.
